Custom Row Styling on Expand /Collapse of GridView

Hi Team,

I have few requirements/solutions.

Requirement 1# : I have a custom Row Style, as shown in image attached. 
                            On Expansion/Collapase of row in Hirerchy grid, above mentioned row style should be applied.
