May I know how to add or edit record which have more fields than display in the grid. i.e.: in the grid, it display name, phone, email but when click edit button, we can edit another fields too.

By default all Model fields are shown in the PopUp editor of the MVC Grid, not only the ones bound to columns. If this is not the desired behavior, you could indeed define a custom Popup editor template.
