Hello chan,
One common reason for the blank pages is explained here. Have in mind that the HTML Rendering Extension does not take the page width into consideration since it operates with logical pages instead of physical ones. The page width will only matter if you print through the WebViewer, since the report is automatically exported to PDF (physical page format) and then printed.
