If you add CssFiles via a skin file, still only the css files from the parent page added. But if you add one css file to CssFiles from codebehind, all files from the Skin file is added to, and not the parent page css files.
Also, when css files are fetched from the parent page the media attribute isn't inheritated!

I tested the scenario on my side and everything seems to work fine - find attached my test project.
