Hi,

I have downloaded latest telerik DLL and scripts only Zip file(RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_2_701_dev_hotfix). Then added latest DLL to my application and run it. Now all the CSS and skins are not applied(gone) in the site.

what i have done;
1. Downloaded latest DLL (RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_2_701_dev_hotfix).
2. Update latest dll to my application in bin folder.
3. Run it.
4. Now all css and skin gone. (Grid, Radwindow, Editor, etc..)

I am not change anything. Is there any properties to use the same CSS.
In Default skin file EnableEmbeddedSkins="false" property is there.

Thanks in advance

Hi Informia,

Old RadControls custom skins (created in 2008 and before) are not compatible with Q1 2009 and later RadControls versions. You will need to migrate your skins. More information is available at:

http://blogs.telerik.com/tervelpeykov/posts/09-02-23/RadControls_for_ASP_NET_AJAX_receive_a_major_face-lift.aspx

http://blogs.telerik.com/tervelpeykov/posts/09-03-20/using_pre-q1_2009_skins_with_q1_2009.aspx

http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/general-discussions/all-radcontrols-q3-2008-skins-are-now-compatible-with-the-q1-2009-release.aspx

Note that even if you use the conversion tool provided above, you may need to make some additional changes manually. Please refer to the corresponding control's documentation for information about its CSS classes.

Depending on the complexity of your custom skin(s), it may be easier to create them again, based on some of the current skins, instead of migrating them and modifying them manually afterwards.

By the way, the latest RaControls version is 2010.2.826, not 2009.2.701.
