Hi,

when there are many hidden lines the report can be seen as in the picture. How can I solve this problem?

Thanks a lot.

Hello Kevin,

From the description and the screenshot I assume that there is a Crosstab with row groups. My understanding of the problem is that some of the row groups get hidden, and there remains an empty space between the other rows.
I tested to hide the rows by setting their Visible property with Bindings, and to filter the whole groups. I have attached a sample report demonstrating both approaches - on the left is the Crosstab hiding rows, on the right is the Crosstab filtering groups - check How to: Add filtering to Group. With row filtering some space appears between the groups, although it was not as much as in your case. If this can be related to the particular problem you may test with group filtering instead.

Thanks for the reply, but the example is not what I was looking for ...
I have a table inside a table inside another table, and I can't remove the spaces that go according to the row count ... more lines more space ... As from attachment

Hi Kevin,

In case you wish to conditionally hide rows in a Table item, our recommendation is to review the table groups with Group Explorer in extended mode and add the required filters to the row group. Create an expression for the rows according to your scenario and the data you have. You might also find helpful information in filer rules help article.

In case this approach does not help in your scenario please send us the report definition with some sample data, so we can check its exact settings and layout and provide you further suggestions.

Best Regards, Silviya
