Creating relationships in the query builder

I'm trying the query builder for the first time, trying to create a very simple query. IDItemMaster and ItemMasterID are the keys. I click on add new relationship but nothing pops up and when I click on edit on the blank relationship the relationship tab closes.

According to the provided screenshot, I suppose that you are using the query builder in the Web Report Designer. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I used the Demo for Web Report Designer and triggered the query builder when adding a new SQL Data Source component. The attached gif file illustrates the performed steps. All the described options in the Relationships Pane section seem to work as expected on my end.

If the behavior on your end is different, it would be greatly appreciated if you can provide more details about the exact steps that lead to this unexpected behavior. Thus, we would be able to get better understanding of the precise case and provide further assistance. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

It looks like we might have an outdated version of Kendo running that is causing the issue. The project has Kendo UI 2021.1.119 installed and we believe that might be the root cause.

I would highly encourage you to upgrade in order to benefit all the introduced improvements during the several years gaps. 

It would be greatly appreciated if you can provide more details about reproducing this undesired behavior so we can further investigate the problematic behavior on our side.

- Is the issue reproducible in another or brand new application? If yes, what are the steps we need to perform to replicate the same behavior?

- Have you tried the Query Builder with a different browser? I suspect that it may be blocked in certain browsers.

- Is the issue reproducible after upgrading to the latest version?
