Thank you for writing.
Currently, RadRichTextBox does not support line numbering functionality. We already have a feature request for this in our PITS. You can track the item for status changes and add your vote for it here.
Ruler functionality is also not supported by RadRichtextBox. I have added this as a feature request and you track it for status changes and vote for it here.
