I need to create a report with DataSource dynamic
and dynamic fields and dynamic filters, and must be seen in
silverlight.
The examples that exist in the Telerik site, do not meet my
needs.
I need the silverlight application, send an 'int' as a parameter for Service Report, and this service returns a report to the ReportView in silverlight.
How do I do this?

Hi Marlos,
Currently Telerik Reports reside on the server and there is no direct access to the report definition in the Silverlight application. We have plans to introduce such functionality in subsequent version of the product, but for the time being the only chance to control the reports from the Silverlight client is through the report parameters using the approach from the following KB article: Programmatic Initialization of Report Parameter Values in Telerik Reporting Silverlight Viewer. Generally the Silverlight report viewer offers built-in user interface that enables end users to interact with the reports and the latter approach is applicable only when you need further control over the report definition.
All the best,
Steve

Hi Mae,
Our previous reply is still valid i.e. the Silverlight report viewer still functions in the same way.

Hi
We are now 1 year further. Is the last answer still valid or is it now already possible to bind dynamically data to objectDatasources from within Silverlight?

Hi Chris,
Please look at the attached project that demonstrates how to retrieve data from the Silverlight application and display it into a report (you might need to upgrade the solution to your version of Telerik Reporting and then rebuild it).
