Count of Parameter Values After Filter is Applied

I have Two Report parameters
One Is Office Location it is multi select
Second is Employees

Employees will only display employees for the selected locations via a filter
How can I get a count of the Employee available values after the Filter has been applied

Able to do this will custom user function
