couldn't change the theme by "Configure porject" menu.
although I use theme based on implicit styles, it still cannot go to the second page to select which theme will be applied.
The "Theme button" also didn't show when you select the WPF window
I use visual studio 2017 - version 15.8.9 and windows 10.
Telerik control is 2018.3.1016

Hello Jacky,
The Project Configuration Wizard's second page is only available if you're referencing the NoXaml binaries.
Could you please check whether your reference to Telerik.Windows.Controls points to the Binaries.NoXaml folder? If that is no the case, you can manually replace the references or use the ReferencesResolver extension to do this for you.
Please let me know how this goes.
