Hi Dalbir,
Telerik Reporting is a standalone reporting product which is substitute/competitor of SQL Reporting services and Crystal Reports and not an addition to any of them. Thus you can convert from crystal reports to Telerik Reporting, but not to SSRS as we're not associated with them in any way.
Additionally Crystal Reports 8 is very old version and our converter does not support it. Our converter requires Crystal Reports build 10.2.3600.0 or later. More information is available in the Converting reports from various versions of CrystalReports KB article.
