I'm not exactly sure what you want to do with RadContextMenu, but you can check our RadRichTextBox control. RadRichTextBox is a control that allows you to display and edit rich text content including sections, paragraphs, spans, italic text, bold text, in-line images etc It has integrated RadContextMenu. Maybe this is what you are looking for.
Could you take a look at RadRichTextBox and inform us if this is what you need or you have something else in mind.
