Hello,

we are using a licensed version of Telerik since 3 years (indeed our Telerik.Web.UI.dll last update date is 17 November 2011).
We are now experiencing an issue ONLY on Internet Explorer. The issue is this:

we purchased Mango Chat 3.1, a .NET tool for online chatting in our customer's Intranet.
There is a specific page, used by the customer for the reservation of meeting rooms and/or company resources, which uses Telerik and the RadScheduler control. MangoChat in IE is working fine everywhere in the intranet, but not in this page. It actually breaks the RadScheduler, it doesn't work anymore (if we click in a slot to reserve a resource in a day, in a specific hour, the click doesn't work and it is not possible to reserve anything).
We are sure that the problem is related with a conflict between MangoChat and the RadScheduler because we disabled the chat in that page and the RadScheduler "came back to life" again in Internet Explorer.
If we enable MangoChat again, it starts to work, but the RadScheduler gets blocked.
This happens with any version of IE (8, 9 and 10), not in Chrome, FireFox or Safari. Our intranet is a .NET 2.0 WEB application.

Could you please help us? Could it be a jQuery conflict? Or any other kind of conflict between MangoChat and Telerik?
Best Regards,

Fabio.

P.S.: let me know if you need to see the ASPX of our Master Page and the ASPX of the page which contains the Telerik RadScheduler.

Hello,

I would like to clarify that we are not aware of such problem with a third party tool and our RadScheduler control. Most probably a client-side error is preventing user interaction with the RadScheduler control.
I noticed that Mango chat tool includes and uses a jQuery and it is quite possible that this issue is due to jQuery conflict. in this help article you may find information what version of jQuery we are using in each release version. Based on the information you ca try to update the jQuery  version of your chat tool with the jQuery version used in your current RadControls release.  In order to avoid any problems with latest version of IE (10 and 11) we highly recommend updating to the latest official version.
