It has been more than an year since we did a survey on our support services. The feedback back then was quite positive, but you guys felt that there are certain areas we can improve on.

Well, we think that we managed to enrich this and that, however it is you [again] who has the final saying. We have a new survey on our support resources and services we would love you to fill out:

Not only we will appreciate your feedback, we would also like to hear whether we have met your expectations in terms of tech support and resources.

All participants will get a fresh 2,000 Telerik Points for sharing their feedback and ideas!

Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to have to post this, but I just can't figure it out.  The skinning tutorial just doesn't show some basic examples of how to do this.  I am trying to skin a menu control.  I am using Visual Studio 2005 and Telerik Version 2006 4Q.  I am trying to apply the web2 version to my menu control.  I copied the css file to my theme named 'Default'.  I renamed it to menu.css.  I coped the images from the img folder to a folder called Images within the Theme.  I replaces all the /img references within the menu.css to /Images.  I went ahead and set the css for the menu control to 'menu', but I just get the default grey on the menu.  What other steps am I missing to have the menu control look like the web2 sample?  Thanks, Mike

Hello.

I think this forum is missing file attachment feature. When someone is faced some kind of problem, this person want to expose his code. Fortunately now we have code formatting. This is suitable for small code snippets. But I don't think that anyone want to open topic with 20 kb code snippet within.

The next problem - screenshots. I don't think that imageshack.us is the confortable way to store screenshots. As time goes by, those images would be deleted and screenshot liks turn to broken links. Better if images can be viewed in radWindow by clicking on attached file name.

I represent a software company that develops applications for the K12 market. We have two major product releases this year and are recruiting companies to assist with development. These products will be based heavily on Telerik ASP.NET 2.0 controls, thus the reason for our posting. Is your organization interested in the opportunity?

After several weeks of in-depth research and development, we are happy to announce the immediate availability of the first Service Pack of Telerik Reporting. All bugs that have been reported just before this release have been fixed, including the troublesome data source problem. In this build, the data source can be set in a completely codeless way by using the Data Source Wizard.

Here is a list of the most important fixes:

  1. Fixed several problems with the installation process on 32bit and 64bit Windows OS machines
  2. Fixed several issues with the Report.DataSource editor and Connect Data Source Wizard to support all data providers
  3. Fixed an issue with event-handling in VB examples
  4. Fixed a minor problem in PDF rendering
  5. Added TextBox.Multiline and TextBox.TextWrap
  6. Fixed several problems in the Chart Item - design time and rendering
  7. Fixed several issues and improved the Report designer and previewing at design time
  8. Fixed a number of issues in Image rendering - page breaks, grouping, etc
  9. Fixed a number of issues with report data processing - grouping, item binding expression evaluation, etc
  10. Fixed a problem in the rendering extension discovery mechanism
  11. Fixed cookieless session for the Web ReportViewer control
  12. Fixed an issue with the Win ReportViewer control

We urge to download and update your application with the latest release of Telerik Reporting.

For those of you who would like to have some fun while using the tool, please review the new Reporting Challenge! Not only is it fun, but you may as well win a free license of Telerik Reporting together with a 19” Nec LCD monitor.

Happy coding!

Yours,
The Telerik team
