I represent a software company that develops applications for the K12 market. We have two major product releases this year and are recruiting companies to assist with development. These products will be based heavily on Telerik ASP.NET 2.0 controls, thus the reason for our posting. Is your organization interested in the opportunity?

After several weeks of in-depth research and development, we are happy to announce the immediate availability of the first Service Pack of Telerik Reporting. All bugs that have been reported just before this release have been fixed, including the troublesome data source problem. In this build, the data source can be set in a completely codeless way by using the Data Source Wizard.

Here is a list of the most important fixes:

  1. Fixed several problems with the installation process on 32bit and 64bit Windows OS machines
  2. Fixed several issues with the Report.DataSource editor and Connect Data Source Wizard to support all data providers
  3. Fixed an issue with event-handling in VB examples
  4. Fixed a minor problem in PDF rendering
  5. Added TextBox.Multiline and TextBox.TextWrap
  6. Fixed several problems in the Chart Item - design time and rendering
  7. Fixed several issues and improved the Report designer and previewing at design time
  8. Fixed a number of issues in Image rendering - page breaks, grouping, etc
  9. Fixed a number of issues with report data processing - grouping, item binding expression evaluation, etc
  10. Fixed a problem in the rendering extension discovery mechanism
  11. Fixed cookieless session for the Web ReportViewer control
  12. Fixed an issue with the Win ReportViewer control

We urge to download and update your application with the latest release of Telerik Reporting.

For those of you who would like to have some fun while using the tool, please review the new Reporting Challenge! Not only is it fun, but you may as well win a free license of Telerik Reporting together with a 19” Nec LCD monitor.

Happy coding!

Yours,
The Telerik team

Dear Telerik,  on occassion I have left comments on features that would be good to have in new versions of your products.   An idea to consider might be to have a community vote for new features/improvements system for each individual product.  in the style that codeplex allow votes for new features to their site, this allows issues that matter most to people to easily trickle to the top of the stack, thus allowing Telerik to focus  the direction of some of their product improvements.

I guess you could say, having a publicly exposed feature board may expose your ideas to your competitors.  Well I guess so, but this would be no more exposure than your current public roadmap of products.

I think this process would simplify features that people really want to get exposure, as sometimes searching for something in the forums and adding a 'me too' style email i feel gets lost in the sea of information.

Regards,
Jason

Hello,
Anyone know to do this from code ?

If a user enters my site: http://myserver/mysite
i want to check against the mysite string in the address.
If "mysite" is found in the string, I want to check to NT logon for a specific domain.
If a specific NT domain is found, I want to redirect the user to a same copy of the site on my server --> http://myserver/BAMySite
I know how to do this, but how do I attach the subdirectories and pages that the user was surfing on the mysite to the BAMysite ? (eg http://myserver/mysite/forms/general/default.aspx to http://myserver/bamysite/forms/general/default.aspx
