Hello,

Is there a way to add comments in ASP.NET Core Editor just like how you are able to on ASP.NET AJAX.

I see that I am able to use Telerik Document Processing to open a docx file and  add comments on there, but I want to be able to do that on the Editor.

Thank you,

Hello Kwang,

At this stage, the desired functionality is not supported and it is logged as a feature request in our Feedback Portal:

https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1359784-editor-redline-notes-comments-track-changes-version-control-capabilities

https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1359952-implement-inline-comment-in-kendo-editor

Feel free to cast your vote as the more popularity the item gathers, the higher the chance of it being implemented.

While the built-in functionality is provided, I would suggest creating an immutable element as demonstrated in the online demo and handling the adding/removing of the comments with jQuery.

Here is a REPL example where the user can add a new comment by double clicking the "Add new comment" header:

I hope that helps.
