Colouring a range difference

Is there any way of creating the chart as per attached image. We want to colour the difference between two line charts.

Hi Rav,

Currently we do not offer area series that are capable of displaying in such manner - we do not offer an OriginValue feature (this is the value of the target line) and the area series can not be set up to be displayed with two different brushes (green below target and red above target). 

You can add the target line as an annotation (example here). We are sorry for this inconvenience. Let us know if we can assist you further.
