Hello,

Color change is not saved.

For reproducing, follow the scenario above:

1. Go to the following example: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx
2. Change to html mode, and clear all text and change back to design mode
3. In the design mode, type some text- for example: "Hellw World".
4. Mark the text and change it color to red
5. Press enter and change the text color to blue, type some text and then press enter
6. Type some text again, you can notice that the text colored was changed to red, when it should be blue.

Thanks,

Hi Ido,

I tried to reproduce the problem, but to no avail. Please examine this screencast and let me know if I am missing a step that could lead to the described problem.

I am seeing the same issue.  If I enter a single line to test is design, highlight it and apply a color, then save... the editor.content only has the text, no span with formatting of the color.  If I do the same, but add for example a font size chnage, then when saved, the editor.content has a the text inside a span with both the font and color format.  From this point all updates have the changes in the span.  It appears that the span is not written to .Content if it 1) does not exist to begin with, and 2) color is the only change.

Hi Ido and Daniel,

The problem is indeed reproducible. It appears to be related to some changes done in the Inline Commands implementation. This issue is already fixed and the resolution will be officially provided in the upcoming release of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite (2014 Q1 SP1).

For the time being I can only suggest using the latest internal build, which should be available for download by the end of this week.
