Hi TpS,
The RadBook doesn't support such scenarios. Controlling the Visibility proeprty of the RadBookItems won't affect the flipping through the pages. However, you can implement your custom logic to control the navigation through the pages in order to skip pages 2 and 3. More information about navigating in the RadBook control, you can find here. Also you can cancel the page flip by handling the PreviewPageFlipStarted - raised when user starts to flip a page.
