Our customer wants to make the title work like an hyperlink. I did a bit of research and found that it is not quite supported in the current version. I am not even sure if it is possible to receive any click event when the title is clicked.

I am afraid this scenario is not supported by Kendo UI Chart and there is no a suitable workaround I can suggest at this point. If you wish you could submit this idea as a feature request at our UserVoice page - this way the community would be able to evaluate it and if the suggestion gains popularity we will consider its implementation for future releases.
