Hi Khanh,

Try setting the alignment of the Filter icon by overriding the css style of the Skin as shown below.

Style.Css:

    
            <head runat="server">          
        
                <title>Untitled Page</title> 
        
                <style type="text/css"  
        
                .RadGrid_[SkinName] .rgFilter 
        
                { 
        
                 vertical-align:middle !important; 
        
                }
