Why the categories, series and axis are not positioned in their places?
I have bootsptrap and rtl support.
Also when I have not bootstrap or rtl support, I see the same problem.

Hi Alicia,
Currently RTL support is not available for Kendo UI Chart (this feature is supported for Kendo UI Web widgets only - documentation link). Actually this idea has been already submitted as a feature request at our UserVoice page - you nay cast a vote, leave a comment or monitor the community's interest in it here. The more votes the suggestion collects, the higher priority will have when planning for a release.
