Changing the GridViewTogglecolumnheader' s (+) image into customized image

telerik grid view has a property called gridviewtogglecolumheader.......I want to change the  "+"  image used for toggling the columns in  gridview into a user defined image . Can any one help me out in solving this problem ?  Me and Gopal are trying this problem since one month.

Hello Asish,

You need to edit the template of GridViewToogleButton and to replace the defaulted "plus" and "minus" templates with your own images. Please find the attached project that demonstrates this approach.
