Well, I have a problem where I would like for more than two items per line in the report barrade tools.

Hello Lucas,
There is no default option with which you can achieve this. However you can edit the Silverlight template by using Expression Blend and change those parts of the viewer the way you like. For more information on how to do that please check the Creating Style in Expression Blend help article.
Additionally you can create your own parameters area, hide the default one and pass the values of the parameters programmatically - for more information on how to do that please check the Using Report Parameters programmatically help article.
