We have printing on mobile printers where the paper size isn't fixed. Now we have a section that prints out on the report that may or may not show up and I want to make sure there's no wasted paper. Is there a way to change the custom Papersize of a report at the time of printing?

The Report.PageSettings.PaperSize property supports Bindings. Thus our suggestion is to adjust the PaperSize on the same logic you hide/show the report sections.
