Changing the localization for the whole project would change every grid, correct? Is there a simple way to set it for each grid?
For example, I have a users grid, a brokers grid, etc. So I would like it to say "Add new User" or "Add new Broker", etc. Does anyone have a code sample?
I followed the "localizing the command item" link, but that seems to refer to the "RadGrid". I'm not sure how to refer to the "GridTableView.CommandItemSettings object".
Perhaps I don't understand what the difference is between the "RadGrid" and Telerik's "Grid extension for ASP.NET MVC that uses AJAX for editing".
Thanks in advance!
: First off, I feel like I am in the wrong discussion (AJAX versus MVC), so I apologize. However, I will answer my own question. I don't feel like this is the most elegant solution, but it seems to work. This will give me a "+ Broker" button instead of a "Add new record" button. In my Html.Telerik().Grid<> declaration I added this:
.ToolBar(toolBar => toolBar.Template(
"t-button t-button-icontext t-grid-add"
