Is there a way to set cell B invalid in cell-A-validation?
For example:
cell A - customer-ID
cell B - country
1. User sets the country (B) to Germany
2. User changes the customer-ID (A) <- this customer-ID does not allow Germany
3. Cell B should now be set invalid
