Hello chatchai,
Thank you for your interest in Telerik Reporting.
and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8.0\Common7\IDE\ItemTemplates\VisualBasic\Reporting i.e it should contain a file named Telerik_Reporting_Q1_2010_SP1.zip
If it is missing, the easiest way to recover the installation is to uninstall and then install it again.
If none of the above helps, it means that you have not done something the way it should. In this case you can resort to manual installation:

Thank you for your interest in Telerik Reporting.
We have the following questions/suggestions:
- one possible reason for the missing templates is if the reporting installer did not detect VS2005 on your machine (in case VS2005 installation is corrupted)
- another possibility is deselecting Visual Studio 2005 support during Telerik Reporting install.
- if you are under Vista, you must start the installer as administrator, otherwise it would fail producing such quirks.
- to verify the installation please check whether the "new item" templates are placed in:

If none of the above helps, it means that you have not done something the way it should. In this case you can resort to manual installation:
- Close Visual Studio
- Extract attached templates in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8.0\Common7\IDE folder
- Run Visual Studio command prompt
- Open VS command prompt and run command devenv /installVSTemplates

Hi Bhushan,
Are you using web site project or web application? If the first, then you would not see a Telerik Report template as it no longer exist for web site projects (due to several limitations of web site projects). If you're using a web application or trying to add the reports to a class library (as advised in the Solution Structure) then please go through the steps defined in the Telerik Reporting Item Template is missing KB article and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Steve
