Hi Yuri,
The browser dialogs also default to the OK/Confirm button and so do ours. At the moment, there isn't a facility to change that in either implementation. How would you expect such a thing to be exposed?

I made a feature request page for you where you can Follow the implementation of such a feature: https://feedback.telerik.com/blazor/1514166-be-able-to-make-cancel-the-default-button. If you have suggestions on how that should be exposed for configuration, please post them there.
You can also find a solution you can use for the time being there.
