What i need is the arrows but instead of looping to stop at the end of a recordset, im going to pass values by stored procedure.

Hi Robin,
RadRotator support custom buttons for rotating the items, but if I understand you correctly you wish to achieve the same functionality as the web scroller - e.g. when the button is clicked, items to be rotated at higher speed.
If this is so, RadRotator does not support this functionality, but I logged it as a feature request for a new RotatorType and we will implement it in the near future.
