Can Telerik Report display the effect of attached images?
And how can i do it?

Hello wang,
Define what you mean by "attached images". Looking at your screenshot you want to have an image with a total textbox below it in the detail section of the report and show as multicolumn. This is all achievable with Telerik Reporting with the only limitation that the multicolumn logic is only "down then across" i.e. February would be on the second row, first column instead of first row, second column as in your screenshot.
