When using the OpenFileDialog to browse for image files using large icons, the images are not displayed with their thumbnail previews, but rather the generic image placeholder. Is there a way to show the thumbnail previews like Windows file explorer?

Currently, this is not supported by the RadFileDialogs. Only the image placeholder icon can be displayed. However, there is a feature request to improve this and allow showing the thumbnails. You can find this logged in the feedback portal where you can track its status.
