請確認ucrtbase.dll版本是否為 10.0.26100.8521。
路徑：C：\Windows\System32\ucrtbase.dll
在此資料夾中找到檔案【鼎新Picture.exe】並雙擊執行。
畫面會打開並載入【NG.pdf】。

I tested these four versions of ucrtbase.dll, and only version 10.0.26100.1591 can be enabled.

Operating System
Windows 11 25H2 installed using the following ISO image:

Test Procedure
Installed Windows 11 25H2 on the physical computer.
Installed Hyper-V on the same physical computer.
Created and installed a Windows 11 25H2 virtual machine in Hyper-V.
Tested the behavior of Picture.exe (Dingxin) when opening the file NG.pdf.
Test Results
Environment Result
Physical computer Picture.exe crashes when opening NG.pdf.
Hyper-V virtual machine Picture.exe opens NG.pdf successfully without any issues.
Summary
The issue only occurs on the physical installation of Windows 11 25H2. Under the same Windows version running inside a Hyper-V virtual machine on the same hardware, Picture.exe functions normally and can open NG.pdf without crashing.
