Complex Report Like:
report name:- Annual earning moth wise and service wise
format:-

result of sql query according any service displays in twelve rows, but if i want result to display in single line and in the above formate

Your question is too general and without any background. The word "complex" is vast and can hardly be used to get the idea behind a concept, especially having in mind human factor i.e. what you consider complex might not be complex for others.
Specifically about the layout you've shown below, you can use the crosstab report item. We're not sure what you mean by "f i want result to display in single line ", as it is clear that this data would take as much rows as available service names. Our suggestion is to give our Reporting a try and let us know of specific questions/problems you encounter. As a new user to Telerik Reporting, we suggest you visit the online resources linked below:
