Telerik Reporting is a tool designed for creating reports. It does not aim and expose controls and API for displaying saved pdf, word, html etc. files. You can see more info about the product and its purpose here.
Reading about your requirements, you would probably need to use the Adobe PDF browser plugin that is designed for displaying pdf files and would be more suitable to your needs.
