Currently, we do not have such a control in our suite. We have an item concerning adding a mode to RadWaitingBar to support this functionality. I have exposed this item and it is now available in our Public Issue Tracking System. Feel free to add your vote for it here: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/winforms/12436.
