Hello,

The content area of RadEditor is a standard editable iframe element. The content pasted in RadEditor is controlled by the browser and operating system and if the bullet icons are not provided by them, RadEditor will not display it. That is why my suggestion is to paste the same content in an editable div (<div contenteditable="true" style="width:300px;height:300px;border: 1px solid red;">sample content</div>), iframe or some of the competitors' editors to verify that this is a browser behavior.

If you would like to style and change the appearance of the lists in the content area of RadEditor, see this live demo: Customize Content Area.

Best regards,
