Bug with the amount of tickets remaining on my dashboard

    Hey guys,

    I had 10 tickets when subscribing to Telerik, today I wanted to submit one but I saw:

    Kendo UI Professional
    Commercial License with Standard Support
    Standard Support with 10 tickets
    3 tickets left
    48 h response (valid for business days only)
    82 days support left

    I havn't used any ticket. When I look at my previous tickets its empty. Therefore, it should say 10 tickets left. Could you investigate into this please ?

    Hello Yohann,

    Support incidents in Kendo UI Premium Forums are also counted as tickets from the support package. See our Kendo UI FAQ

    Here are some clarifications on your questions:

    • Yes, this thread is part of the Kendo UI Premium Forums. It has been posted in the "General Discussions" category of the Kendo UI Forums. You can see the blue note, which is placed above the threads and categories lists on both pages.
    • Yes, this forum thread did spend one ticket from your account. The Premium Forums feature guaranteed response from Telerik staff within a certain time frame, which makes them practically identical to support tickets, and that's why we treat them equally.

    In order to benefit from more support incidents and replies from Telerik staff, you can either purchase additional support packages or upgrade your license. The latter will entitle you to unlimited number of incidents (fair use policy applies) and shorter response time in tickets.
