I had 10 tickets when subscribing to Telerik, today I wanted to submit one but I saw:
Kendo UI Professional
Commercial License with Standard Support
Standard Support with 10 tickets
3 tickets left
48 h response (valid for business days only)
82 days support left
I havn't used any ticket. When I look at my previous tickets its empty. Therefore, it should say 10 tickets left. Could you investigate into this please ?
