Bug report for Kendoui scheduler, deselecting all owners disables filtering

there are three owners.

If you deselect them all, you can see all events.

The expected outcome was that no events was visible.

Seems like kendo.data.Query with  "or" logic evaluates to true if the number of filters are zero, which is intuitively incorrect.
