Hi, All:

I am using Rad Controls Q2 2008 (826) with Ajax.  Since my manager would like to have "Back" button in the browser working.  I might have to remove Ajax Controls, and install the non-Ajax Rad Controls.

Are they compatable?  if I go backward like that,  do I need to change codes a lot, beside remove ScriptManager and AjaxPanel....

thanks

Stanley

Hello Stanley,

You do not need to switch to our old controls to achieve this. Just disable the ajax functionality of the new controls and the back button will work again.

Hi, Telerik Team:

I am currently using Telerik Q2 8-26 2008 Rad Controls with Ajax.

Please give some codes, or details on how to remove the Ajax functionality, if I want to "Back" button in my browser working.

One more question:
with Ajax, the "Back" button will not work? (since Ajax has not postback)

Hi Stanley,

All you need to do this is to set EnableAjax to false for RadAjaxManager or RadAjaxPanel.

Best wishes,
