Hi HR,
Can you elaborate on your request? Simply creating an image that you would use for the background image is the only requirement. The text of the "watermark" in this case would have to be manually positioned at a desired location in the image itself as you cannot do that in the report designer. Also have in mind that if the section you're applying to is smaller than the image, the image will be cut off.
