Hi,

Is it possible to define a background color for radgridview.

As on the brown rectangle on the attached file. We are on the grille but no rows.

Hello , 

Thank you for writing.  

In order to change the back color for the grid part without rows, it is necessary to set the TableElement.BackColor property. However, depending on the applied theme to RadGridView, it may affect the cell's back color as well. In this case, it would be necessary to customize the cell element's back color by using the CellFormatting event.
