Hi Siva Sankar,

Here is the sample code that I tried to achieve your scenario.

ASPX:
<asp:TextBox ID="name" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
<asp:TextBox ID="amount" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
<asp:TextBox ID="total" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
<telerik:RadDateTimePicker ID="startdate" runat="server">
</telerik:RadDateTimePicker>
<telerik:RadDateTimePicker ID="enddate" runat="server">
</telerik:RadDateTimePicker>
<asp:Button ID="Button1" runat="server" OnClick="Button1_Click" />

C#:
protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        Appointment newAppointment = new Appointment();
        newAppointment.Subject = name.Text + amount.Text + total.Text;
        newAppointment.Start = startdate.SelectedDate.Value;
        newAppointment.End = enddate.SelectedDate.Value;
        RadScheduler1.InsertAppointment(newAppointment);
        RadScheduler1.Rebind();
    }

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Princy.
