Auto Format Option Is Missing

I recently converted my web site to a web application (On a new 64 bit box).  When I drag a rad combobox onto the design surface of my page and click the little arrow next to the control, the auto format option is missing.  I have fixed this before but I can't remember what I am missing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind.  I figured it out.  You have to add the RadControls folder at the root of your application and then add the skins you want to use.  I had my RadControls folder inside of another folder vs. at the root.
