Our client have a new solution build with MVC 4, using the CMS Sitecore 7.5 (rev. 141003). We have implement a different css files for custom classes that we apply for different snipet.
We have a snipet for a table that is configured in core db. On both Content Editor or Page Editor , each time when we insert a snipet table and try to apply a css class from Table Properties is behave like this:
IE11- is duplicate the tabel.
Chrome- removing the first two classes
This problems we encounter also when we try to apply Image properties.
Our client only use Chrome and IE 11 for editing the content.
Sitecore uses the Telerik RadEditor , our version of Telerik.Web.UI.dll is : 2014.1.403.45

Thank you for contacting Telerik support.
The described behavior is a bug that has been fixed with the release of the 2015 Q2 version—http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/108/Feedback/Details/150519.
The recommended fix is to upgrade the RadEditor version.
Let me know if I can help any further.
I need a link from where I can downloading the update version for RadEditor.
There is no public link to download the latest version of the suite.
The latest version of our products can be downloaded from the download section in www.telerik.com, after logging in with you account credentials. Note that you will need an active license in order to download the latest version.
I hope that helps.
We are using Rich Text editors in Sitecore. Recently we have started using insert table option and got few issues. The issues got resolved after upgrading the Telerik dll version as recommended by Sitecore and Telerik. Now we found one more issue where we are not able to remove the table from RTE on IE browser once we created it. Same functionality is working fine on chrome. Please help me.
As this is a new bug report that is not related to the original discussion in this forum thread I suggest you opening a new forum thread on the topic and providing exact steps to reproduce the bug by using this online demo: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx.Regards,
