Hi there

I'm experiencing a visual bug in Internet Explorer and occasionally in Firefox. I have a RadRotator that is being populated on Page_Load with a List of custom objects used in our application. When the List only contains one item, my expectation was that the animation would not occur - that the Rotator would not rotate, since there is only one object.

Instead, I am getting a repeated animation (as captured in a screen captured movie here: http://www.if-fma.com/rad_rotator.avi) which doesn't look brilliant!

The Rotator is currently being set up with the following parameters:

     RotatorType: Slideshow
     SlideShowAnimationType: Fade
     SlideShowAnimationDuration: 0

Is there a setting I can change to turn animations off (I would apply this setting in code if the List only contains one item)?

Thanks

Hello Terry,

In the video it looks like the RadRotator control works in AutomaticAdvance mode, not in SlideShow. For your convenience I prepared a simple demo of the desired behavior and attached it to this thread.
If this demo does not help you to solve the problem, could you please rework it in order to reproduce the issue, open a new support ticket and then send it back? Also it will be best to send us the Telerik.Web.UI.dll file that you use.

Best wishes,
