I received an email today about Q2'13 release and proceeded on updating my copy through the Telerik Control Panel. Point existing project to the new binaries (NoXAML) and build the project. Now, the pre-defined windows doesn't show up and blocks the owner window where it was fired up.

I was able to correct the issue. It was a small mistake I made after changing the references to point to binaries with no XAML.
