I cannot seem to follow the code on this Is it possible Telerik could send me the source files for this demo as it is exactly what I need.

Hi Andrew,
The examples are available in the installation package. If you've installed the package to your computer, you can find the example in the installation location (typically C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q2 2008\Live Demos\Controls\Examples\Integration\RadUploadInAjaxifiedGrid).
