Hello,
I just upgraded from Q1 2010 Sp2 to Q2 2010 SP2, and it seems that the Aggregates property from the DataGroup class is gone.  I don't see anything on it in the release notes or on the forum.  Am I missing something?  Maybe I'm just wrong, I'm new to Telerik, I'm just upgrading a software made by someone who does not work here anymore...

Thank you!

Steve

Thanks Emanuel,
Could you please show me where?  Under DataGroup, all I see is:
  • Removed: IsRoot property, check whether Parent property is null.
  • Removed: SummaryRowsTop and SummaryRowsBottom collections. Use HeaderRow property to access them.

And if I search "Aggregates", I can't find anything.  I see that the Aggregate (without a 's') properties is gone from GridSortField, but it's not what I'm looking for...

Anyway, you confirm me that the property is now obsolete, so I'll use something else.

Thank you!

Hello Steve,

I confirm that this particular change is omitted in the release notes. You can use the Aggregates of the GroupDescriptors instead of the obsolete group aggregates. We are currently working on extending our RadGridView help section and I am sending you the working version of the Group Aggregates help article.

Please review this help article concerning formatting of the group header row text. It could be of help in your scenario.

Best regards,
Alexander
